I've just ordered my books, when can I expect delivery?
Books are posted out within 1 working day of orders and payment being received.
For deliveries to UK addresses, we use Royal Mail Signed For Service. Royal Mail estimate delivery to take 1-3 working days.
For deliveries to Europe we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For Service; this is estimated to take 3-6 working days.
For deliveries to the rest of the world we use mainly courier services. Estimated delivery time is 3-6 working days.
I need my books urgently, how can I get them quickly?
We will be happy to obtain an Express Courier quote for you. Please send an email to Sharon at sharon@Jeff-Smith.com stating the names and number of books you require, together with the full physical delivery address. Alternatively please call +44 1384 371432. Please note we are based in the UK and office hours are 10:00 to 16:00
Can I pay with a credit card instead of PayPal?
Yes. Simply order the books you require on our website and select the 'Pay with credit card' option on the payment page. Please note that PayPal will process the payment for you, but you will be using your own credit card, not PayPal
I don't have a PayPal account, how can I pay for my books?
You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use your credit card with PayPal. When directed to PayPal, simply select the 'Pay with credit card' button on the PayPal payment page and PayPal will process payment using your credit card without the need for creating a PayPal account.
How do I pay by Bank Transfer?
Why can't I have my books delivered to a PO Box address?
The delivery and postal service we use all require a signature upon delivery and therefore require a full physical address. Couriers will not accept booking to PO Box addresses.
Why am I being asked to pay customs duty?
Customs duty or import tax is something completely out of our control. It is imposed by the Authorities of the country in which you reside and varies from country to country. We recommend that if you are ordering books for delivery outside of Europe you check with your local imports office to see if and how much duty you will be liable.

What are the opening times for your office?
Our offices are open Monday to Friday, from 10.00 - 1600, with the exception of public and national holidays. Any other office closure will be advised on our website or answer phone
