Replacement Certificates

We understand that certificates may sometimes be lost, damaged, or misplaced. To support our graduates, we offer an official certificate replacement service. Please note that this service is strictly for individuals who have completed our accredited programmes. We do not issue certificates to anyone who has not attended and completed a Masterclass, Professional Accreditation, or Professional Qualification with us.

The certificate you will receive will be the most up-to-date and latest version, and will include your Professional Qualification Number. If you were not issued a Professional Qualification Number on the certificate you are replacing, we will enter you onto the Professional Qualification Register and issue you with a PQR number for authenticity and ease of verification in the future. Please understand that replacement certificates are subject to an administration fee because it’s a lengthy process. Here’s what’s involved: 

  • We must verify your masterclass attendance
  • We must Establish authenticity of your accreditation grade
  • We must Access the Professional Qualification Register (PQR)
  • We will Issue a PQR number for you (if not previously issued)
  • We will then Order your certificate on approved parchment paper
  • We will Proof read your certificate for accuracy of your information
  • We will authorise printing then have it shipped to us
  • We will Obtain genuine ink signatures from two Ambassadors
  • We will Add the unique embossed "seal of authenticity"
  • We will then Ship your new certificate out to you

We’d love to provide this service for free of charge, but it’s not a simple matter of running a normal piece of paper through printer. As you can see, it’s time consuming, properly authenticated, and the process does cost money. The procedure takes around two weeks to complete and we will attend to your request as quickly as possible. Once authenticity has been established, and your payment has been received, we will order your certificate, get it signed by our Ambassadors, and post it to you. The fee for this service is just £79.
