In the current challenging times Dealer Principals need to focus on the real opportunities available from aftersales. If customers are delaying changing their current vehicles then they will need them servicing. Likewise if showroom footfall is an issue for sales they need to look no further than the service department for a regular source of opportunity. Sales and service departments need to work closer together to maximise the opportunities available to them. I am pleased to see you are on the AM conference. Your proven strategies will make refreshing change from the usual theory presentations!
