Free guide to employment law and illegal working in the UKThe law changed in February 2008 with regard to the employment of illegal immigrants. As an employer you have a responsibility to prevent illegal immigrants from working in the UK.

The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, sets out the law on illegal migrant working. These provision came into effect in February 2008. Are you aware of your legal obligations in this area?
